    Step 1

    将材料A洗净然后切成粗条。Clean and cut ingredients A into big strips.

    Step 2

    烧热2汤匙油入镬内,炒香材料C,加入肉片炒熟。Heat 2 tbsp oil in wok, stir fry ingredients C until fragrant, add in meat to cook.

    Step 3

    加入全部材料A炒匀,倒入材料D。Add in all the ingredients A, stir fry evenly and pour in ingredients D.

    Step 4

    盖着焖至软熟即可取出盛碟。Cover and simmer in medium heat until cooked. Remove and serve.
